Definitions

Booking

• 2.1 You are responsible for planning your journey to ensure you arrive on time, including for airport transfers where timely check-in is essential for your flight. Taxi in Kilburn cannot be held responsible for delays caused by inadequate time allocation or failure to be ready for collection at the agreed-upon time.

2.2 It is your responsibility to request a vehicle with sufficient capacity for all passengers and luggage. We do not guarantee the ability to accommodate an excessive amount of luggage. Please note that, regardless of age, a child is considered as one passenger.

2.3 Passengers requiring wheelchair access should specify this at the time of booking.

Prices & Payment

• 3.1 Our prices are based on the information you provide. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are exclusive of VAT, and if applicable, VAT will be added. We reserve the right to adjust the quoted price if there are significant changes to the itinerary.

3.2 Our quoted price includes a 45-minute waiting period after the specified landing time and airport parking fees. Any waiting time beyond this will be subject to our standard waiting rate. We make every effort to monitor flight details and adjust our service in case of delays, but we are not obligated to do so.

3.3 Upon accepting our quote, you will receive a booking confirmation. Please review this confirmation carefully to ensure its accuracy. Failure to notify Taxi in Kilburn of any errors may result in delays or additional costs for which we will not be held responsible.

3.4 Payment for our services can be made in cash, credit card, or debit card.

The Service

• 4.1 You are responsible for the conduct of all passengers during the journey. Any soiling, damage, or negative impact on the vehicle by a passenger may result in a cleaning charge.

4.2 Eating, drinking, or smoking in the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

4.3 Children in the vehicle must be properly secured according to their height, weight, and age.

4.4 We are not permitted to carry more passengers than our licensing or insurance allows.

Cancellations

• 5.1 If you need to cancel your booking with Taxi in Kilburn, please do so as soon as possible. If a cancellation is made after the vehicle has been dispatched, a charge will apply based on the time and distance covered by the driver up to the point of cancellation.

5.2 For bookings made through our online system, cancellation before vehicle dispatch may incur a charge.

Liability

• 6.1 While we make every effort to ensure timely arrival at your destination, we are not liable for losses resulting from delays beyond our control. Under no circumstances will Taxi in Kilburn be responsible for losses incurred by you or your business.

6.2 You are responsible for your luggage, and it is carried at your own risk.

6.3 In the event of a vehicle breakdown during your journey, we will make every effort to provide an alternative vehicle to expedite your journey.

6.4 You will not hold Taxi in Kilburn liable for any expenses, damages, costs, or losses resulting from actions or omissions of anyone in your party.

6.5 No party involved can exclude or limit liability for personal injury or death resulting from negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful default, or any other matter prohibited by applicable law.

Termination

• 7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking immediately if the safety of a vehicle or driver is compromised, whether through abuse, violence, or damage, by you or any other passenger. No refunds will be issued for journeys terminated during the hire.

Miscellaneous

• 8.1 Taxi in Kilburn may subcontract its obligations as outlined in this agreement. You may not assign, delegate, or transfer any of your obligations or rights under this agreement.

8.2 Taxi in Kilburn may modify these terms and conditions at any time by updating this page. Please regularly review these terms and conditions to stay informed of any changes. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates in effect at the time of booking.

8.3 We handle, use, and process information in compliance with the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Taxi in Kilburn and yourself.

8.5 These terms and conditions do not confer any rights or benefits on third parties. Third parties may not enforce rights under this agreement unless agreed upon in writing.

Disputes

• Any dispute or claim must be raised within 30 days of the booking pickup date. Taxi in Kilburn is not obligated to consider claims or disputes submitted after this time frame.
